It absolutely could have happened.
It also could have been a situation blown out of proportion.
Or yeah, it could have happened and been worse than we thought.
I don't know. None of us do. Unless charges are filed he's going to be driving.

Why do they have to make him chase eligible? You miss the first 3 races, you need to attempt to qualify for all 26 before the Chase. That's the rules, this pisses me off. Nice to have him back though...
